PUBLIC NOTICE -VISA EXTENSION REQUESTS
The High Commission’s attention has been drawn to the several requests made by some clients regarding the extension of visas, following the Mission’s previous public notice issued on 5th November 2020 in respect of the second national lockdown.
The High Commission hereby notifies the general public that the Passport & Immigration Section at Highgate still operates at reduced hours to process passports & visas despite the lockdown as stated in the press release of Tuesday, 5th January 2021. Consequently, clients no longer qualify for an extension of visas or refunds for passports & visas.
The general public is kindly requested to take note and act accordingly.
