H.E. Mrs. Sabah Zita Benson Holds Maiden Durbar with Staff
On Friday, 26 September 2025, the High Commissioner-Designate, Her Excellency Mrs. Sabah Zita Benson, held her maiden meeting with staff of the Ghana High Commission at the latter’s Highgate Office.
During the engagement, Her Excellency shared her vision for the Mission, emphasising the enhancement of its public image and the delivery of high-quality services to both the Ghanaian community and the general public.
A central feature of her plan is the establishment of a dedicated Customer Service Desk, aimed at professionally and promptly addressing public concerns.

The meeting also served as a platform for staff to exchange ideas, reaffirm their commitment to service excellence, and align with the Mission’s renewed focus on efficiency and people-centred service delivery.
Following the meeting, Her Excellency visited the Premium Application Centre in Central London, where she familiarised herself with operational procedures to gain firsthand insight into service delivery processes.
